What an amazing morning for our very first community walk!
We were so happy to see around 30 people join us, including men, women and children. All coming together to enjoy the sunshine, get moving and connect with others in the community.
The weather was perfect, the conversations flowed naturally, and it was great seeing people chatting, making new friends and supporting one another along the way. It was a real reminder of how important movement, fresh air and simply talking to people can be for our mental health and overall wellbeing
That’s exactly what this was all about.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the first walk such a success. We can’t wait to organise the next one.
