Can I change/cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as
soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
I’ve placed an order, what happens next?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away. Once your order has
been dispatched, we’ll email you again with tracking details.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the UK. Any available delivery options and costs will
be shown at checkout.
Can I collect my order?
At the moment, we don’t offer collection. All orders are delivered directly to the
address specified at checkout. Free, local delivery is available within the Isle of
Sheppey/Sittingbourne area.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. Delivery times are
approximately 2-4 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
What is your returns policy? (Can link to the existing policy)
We hope you love your Kerlora pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you
can return unworn items within 14 days. You can read our full returns policy here.
How do I return an order?

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
If the size or colour you’d like is in stock, we would be happy to arrange an
exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and checked, refunds are processed
within 14 working days.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information as well as a size guide.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to get in touch and we’ll help you
decide.
What length are the bottoms?
Leg lengths are listed on each product page so you can find the fit that works
best for you.
How should I care for my Kerlora pieces?
Care details can be found on each product page. Gentle washing and using a
mesh laundry bag will help preserve the fabric and fit over time.
Are your products suitable for all types of movement?
Our pieces are designed for everyday movement, from Pilates and walking to
gentle runs and full days on the go.
What does Kerlora stand for?
Kerlora was created for women who move to feel better, not to be perfect. It’s
about comfort, confidence, and real life.
Who designs Kerlora?
Kerlora is designed by one lead female designer in the UK, working closely with
the founder to bring each piece to life.
Is Kerlora a sustainable brand?
We’re mindful about how Kerlora is made, but we don’t claim to be fully
