These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through www.kerlora.com, operated by Kerlora Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2. Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. You will receive an order confirmation email; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including for pricing or stock errors).
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown on our site. If an error in pricing occurs, we are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your details are accurate; we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses supplied by you.
5. Returns & Refunds
Your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns of underwear, socks, or final-sale items for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving eligible returns. Standard delivery charges are refunded; upgraded shipping is not. To start a return or exchange, email hello@kerlora.com.
6. Exchanges
Size/colour exchanges are available subject to stock. If an exchange is unavailable, we will provide a refund once the return is received.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or not as described, contact hello@kerlora.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. Where verified, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, at no cost to you.
8. Product Information
We try to display colours, textures, and fits accurately; slight variations may occur. Descriptions, imagery, and prices may change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, photographs, and content on www.kerlora.com are owned by or licensed to Kerlora Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
