Kersty In The Community
You’ll often spot our founder Kersty out with the community, supporting a great cause or empowering the women around her through movement. These moments are never about being perfect, but creating the time and safe space for real women and real connection.
As a busy working mum to three children, Kersty finds that the time she spends in community enables her to connect with other women like her. Sharing life experiences, creating memories and moving the body in community allows her to feel grounded when life often feels so busy. Not to mention the community spirit that actively encourages her to step away from self doubt and achieve things that she never thought were within her reach.
This community truly is priceless.
