Returns & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kerlora Ltd. We’re confident you’ll love your new athleisure and loungewear pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Policy
Eligibility

We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached and free from scents, marks, or alterations. We cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or final-sale items for hygiene reasons.

How to Return
  1. Email hello@kerlora.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
  3. Post your parcel back within 14 days of notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as Kerlora cannot be liable for lost parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free delivery, the standard fee may be deducted if your return reduces the order below the free-shipping threshold.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email hello@kerlora.com and we’ll arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or not as described, email hello@kerlora.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve this quickly with a replacement or full refund, including postage.

2. Shipping Policy
Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods, dispatch may take longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Free standard delivery on UK orders over £100.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Missed Deliveries / Lost Parcels

If you miss a delivery, contact the courier to rearrange. If your parcel is lost, contact hello@kerlora.com — we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing checkout. Kerlora cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
